Samples Order Form

Maximum of 3 small samples will be free of charge. Large boxes will incur a fee. Freight charge only - price dependent on your location and size of samples.

Samples will be supplied in preferred colours if available at the time of request. If preferred colour is unavailable, a natural or kraft sample will be supplied with a colour swatch for reference.
