All pricing excludes freight. You are welcome to arrange your own freight otherwise we will choose the least expensive method based on the order and location. For this reason we do not provide automatic calculation of freight.

In general around half our orders go by parcel post and the balance via a number of different freight companies.

Insurance
We hold a policy for loss and damage during transit. Due to excess this is available to all customers on orders of $200 and above.

Freight on returns When goods are returned because of fault on our part, we will pay freight. Please call so that we can advise best method.
